OUR PROGRAM

A Program Built Around Your Child
At our centre, every child is seen, heard and valued.
Our educational programs are thoughtfully developed each month by our Qualified Educators, using meaningful observations of children’s individual interests, strengths, development, relationships and emerging needs. We also consider the interests and experiences of the group, creating learning opportunities that are intentional, engaging and responsive to the children in our care.
Our program is not simply a schedule of activities, it is an ongoing cycle of observation, reflection, planning, implementation and evaluation. This allows our educators to respond to what children are showing us, while creating opportunities to extend their learning, confidence, independence and sense of belonging.
Keeping Families Connected
We believe families are an essential part of every child’s learning journey.
Our programs are shared with families through OWNA on a weekly basis, providing families with visibility into their child’s experiences, learning opportunities and the direction of our program. Families are encouraged to share their ideas, feedback, interests and knowledge of their child, helping us continuously strengthen and improve our practice.
This open partnership means our program can reflect not only what educators observe, but also what families know and value about their children.
Child Safety Is Paramount
Most importantly, our approach reflects the strengthened expectations of the National Quality Framework, where the safety, rights and best interests of children are the paramount consideration in all aspects of education and care.
We are committed to embedding a strong child-safe culture throughout our service. This means creating an environment where children feel safe, respected, heard and empowered to express their views, and where educators continually reflect on practices to ensure children's wellbeing and protection remain at the heart of decision making.
Our commitment to responsive programming, meaningful family engagement and professional reflection supports our broader responsibility to provide children with safe, nurturing and high-quality early learning experiences.
Because quality learning begins with knowing the child and child safety comes first.
